Ohio Psycho-educational Solutions is a private practice founded by Dr. Mira Narouze, a licensed school psychologist with nearly 20 years of experience in schools and clinical settings. We provide psychoeducational evaluations, Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs), and counseling for students, helping families understand their child's needs and get them the right support, in school and beyond. Bilingual services are available in English and Arabic.

Collaboration with Schools

Dr. Narouze also contracts with Educational Service Centers (ESCs) and public and private schools to complete Evaluation Team Reports (ETRs) With nearly 20 years of experience as a licensed school psychologist, she works efficiently within district timelines and compliance requirements, delivering thorough, defensible evaluations that support IEP and 504 teams in making informed decisions.

Bilingual (English/Arabic) assessment is available for districts serving Arabic-speaking students and families.

Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

Psychoeducational Evaluations

Fees for psychoeducational evaluations and IEEs vary case by case, typically ranging from $500 to $1,000 depending on the assessments, meetings, and time involved. Exact pricing is discussed with each family individually.

Online or in-person parent coaching sessions are also available, giving families practical strategies to support their child's academic success and everyday functioning at school and at home.

In-person or online small group sessions are also available, focused on self-esteem, social skills, and executive functioning. Groups require a minimum of three students to form, so availability varies.
